The Waterside offers a variety of conference suites options to suit all business needs and depending on capacity requirements.

The Kyle Suite has a capacity for up to 250 delegates with a range of room configurations to suit. For more intimate meetings we have various breakout areas such as the Ailsa Lounge and other dedicated spaces within the Kyle Suite.

The main Kyle Suite enjoys floor to ceiling natural daylight from the glass panels and retractable doors that leads onto the covered veranda and into the private gardens with panoramic views to Arran.

The Kyle Suite has been fitted with all the latest technology and audio/visual equipment and is fully air conditioned and can be adjusted and zoned to meet your needs.

    Absolutely perfect. Will definitely be coming back. Positioning of the location is second to none considering I came here to play golf you are literally on the door step to many courses so no wasting time travelling & added bonus its got its own driving range. The food & drink is all reasonably priced & the decor is lovely & beautiful gardens & water features.

    What an absolute gem of a hotel. All staff were fantastic very accommodating and helpful. Very spacious room tastefully decorated and the views of Arran and the coastline are stunning. Afternoon tea and breakfast were of a high standard and delicious. We will definitely be back and have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends. Thanks everyone for a great stay!!

    This is a little gem of a hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are large and spotless and the food is brilliant which is why I have stayed on several occasions.
