Check In & Check Out:
Check in time for the hotel is from 3pm and check out is 11am on the day of your departure. Please note, check out time for the Ailsa and Arran Suites at The Gailes, Master Suite at The Loans, and Sannox and Kilmory Suites at The Waterside are 10am. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged for a fee, subject to availability. Please contact our reservations team on 01294 204040 should you require this service.

Payment:
Your credit card will be charged for your stay on your arrival to the hotel. A credit card may be pre-authorised on your arrival to allow you to bill back to your bedroom.

Non-Smoking Rooms:
All our rooms are non-smoking, breaking these rules will incur a standard £150 service charge.

Room Cancellation:
Cancelling your reservation any later than 4pm on the day prior to arrival, the first nights’ accommodation will be charged against the card details you have provided. In the case of non-arrival, the first nights’ accommodation will be charged in full without further notice. All advance purchase bookings are non-refundable or transferable.

Spa Break Cancellation:
A £20 non-refundable deposit is taken at the time of booking. Cancellation within 72 hours of your stay will result in full payment being taken.

Special Requests:

Leisure & Spa Access at The Gailes:
As a thank you for booking direct with us at The Gailes or The Loans Inn, we are delighted to offer you complimentary use of our fitness suite at Gailes Golf:Leisure as well as a 1 hour Thermal Suite Experience* at Si! Spa with access to our vitality pool, sauna, steam room and relaxation area. To find out more about Si! *Thermal Suite Experience is subject to availability and can be booked on arrival at the hotel. Access to Si! Spa lounge, relaxation suite, champagne bar and outdoor spa is exclusively for guests who have booked a treatment.

Spa Access at The Waterside:
If you have booked a ‘with spa’ rate at The Waterside Hotel, your stay includes a two hour Thermal Experience with full use of Si! Spa at The Waterside’s facilities. If you have spa included in your rate, you will receive a separate email from us with a link to book your visit during your stay. If you have not booked a rate which includes ‘spa access’, you can add this to your stay at our reduced resident rate of £20 per person. To do this, please all our reservations team on 01294 204040. All Thermal Experiences at The Waterside must be booked in advance. To find out more about Si!
