~ All prices listed are inclusive of VAT. In the event that the VAT rate changes between booking and date of event, we reserve the right to alter the prices accordingly.

~ All menus correct at time of printing, but subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

~ SimpsInns are not liable due to adverse weather conditions. In the event of the guest cancelling their booking due to adverse weather conditions, no refund or transfer of amount will be made.

~ Cancellations are not permitted after full payment has been made. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation prior to full payment being made. Tickets are not transferable.

~ Guests must complete payment within 48 hours of receiving payment requests otherwise bookings may be cancelled.

Christmas Party Nights & Festive Events T&Cs

~ £10 per person non refundable deposit paid at time of booking. Remaining payment is required by 31st October.

~Any bookings made after 31st October will require full payment at time of booking.

~Cancellations are not permitted after full payment has been made. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation prior to full payment being made.

~Table sizes may vary according to the total number attending the function. We therefore cannot guarantee specific seating arrangements. Parties may be split over several tables depending on the number of guests.

~We reserve the right to search personal belongings on arrival. Any guest bringing in their own alcohol onto the premises will be refused entry.

~Photographs and video may be taken at during our Christmas Party Nights, on booking, you grant SimpsInns permission to use these images as required on social media and online on our company websites.

~Any accommodation booked using the party night promo code applies to Bed & Breakfast rate only. Discount applies only to accommodation booked on the same evening as the party night.

~Party night times: 7pm until 1am (12am at Si).

Christmas Day T&Cs

~All bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 14 days, pending a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person.

~Full pre-payment is required by October, 31st for Christmas Day. Any bookings made after 31st October will require full payment within 48 hours of booking.
