General Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is SimpsInns.
2. The promotion runs from 1 July 2026 until 31 August 2026.
3. Customers spending £30 or more per paying guest in a single transaction at a participating SimpsInns restaurants, spa or driving range will receive one scratch card.
4. Scratchcard giveaway will not apply to accommodation stays.
5. One scratch card will be issued per paying guest meeting the qualifying spend threshold. Bills may not be split after payment for the purpose of obtaining additional scratch cards.
6. Every scratch card contains a prize or discount.
7. Scratch cards must be retained and presented when redeeming prizes. Lost, stolen, damaged, copied, altered or illegible scratch cards will not be accepted.
8. Each winning scratch card contains a unique validation code. SimpsInns reserves the right to verify all prizes before redemption.
9. All prizes are subject to availability.
10. Prize-specific terms and conditions printed on each scratch card form part of these Terms & Conditions.
11. Unless otherwise stated on the scratch card, prizes must be redeemed by the expiry date shown on the card.
12. One prize redemption may be used per visit.
13. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative prizes.
14. No extensions will be granted beyond the expiry date stated on the scratch card.
15. Accommodation, spa, golf and dining prizes are subject to advance booking where applicable.
16. Accommodation prizes exclude transport, upgrades, additional food and beverage purchases and any incidental expenses unless specifically stated.
17. Spa prizes are subject to availability and may be restricted during peak dates, public holidays and festive periods.
18. Complimentary desserts and complimentary cake offers are valid on a future visit only and cannot be redeemed on the date the scratch card is issued.
19. The 10% discount prize applies to one future transaction only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Excludes weddings, conferences, private events, gift vouchers, memberships and selected special events. Has no cash value.
20. Gift cards are subject to standard SimpsInns gift voucher terms and conditions.
21. Winners of accommodation, spa breaks, memberships and other high-value prizes may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity, photography or social media activity relating to the promotion.
22. The following blackout dates apply to all prizes unless otherwise stated:

• 24 December to 31 December inclusive
• 14 February (Valentine’s Day)

20. SimpsInns reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

1. SimpsInns reserves the right to refuse redemption where fraud, misuse or breach of these terms is suspected.
2. Employees of SimpsInns and their immediate family members may NOT participate in this promotion.
3. The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
4. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
