(Opened October, 2011)
The Waterside is the brand new development in the expanding SimpsInns portfolio and is fast becoming one of the “must visit” bar and restaurant destinations in Ayrshire. With the Isle of Arran serving as the stunning backdrop, The Waterside is located along the water’s edge near Seamill, West Kilbride on the main Largs to Ardrossan road.
The Waterside becomes part of the award-winning SimpsInns Group (Ayrshire Family Business of the Year 2011) alongside the renowned Gailes Hotel, a Vows Wedding Venue of the Year, and the Old Loans Inn, Golf Tourism Scotland (GTS) Best Small Hotel 2011.
Other ongoing projects include the Si! Cafe, Bar and Restaurant at the site of the former Golf Hotel in Irvine, due to open in 2012.
